My dear husband, gave me a couple of goals this week (he must think, I don't do enough) I'm kidding he just ask me to organized the blog, add tabs and just make it look more like a real blog, automatically like ten blogs that I absolutely love came to my mind and I wanted to start giving Amner a whole bunch of excuses why I couldn't do that.
I mean, if I give you the list of ten blogs you would understand me, not only their content is different than mine but the look of those blogs is just awesome, probably made by some computer savvy that they hired, I wanted to tell Amner give me some money and I would find someone to get it done, but lately he says that the only thing I do is give excuses. (don't tell him I said this but he's right)
Let me start by saying that I am no computer savvy, NOT AT ALL! so I always relay on my good friends Google and YouTube, they have teach me so many things, from how to bake a rainbow cake onto how to get ride of a mice so I was pretty sure they would be very helpful this time around and yes indeed, I found videos and a lot of easy information in just a couple minutes the tags were up, so there HTML I won! then Amner emails me and tells me to remember to use keywords, I reply and said YES, I KNOW!
I had no idea what kind of "keywords" or "categories" to use, so I go and dive into my favorite blogs to get some ideas, I started writing stuff down but somehow s@#% didn't make sense. Let me tell you why, how in the world do I categorize myself as a parenting blogger when I am a 25 year old mom, that got the surprise of my life when I found out that I was pregnant with twins and I have never listen to any parenting or breastfeeding advice because I believe on following your instincts and developing your own style, so how do I give parenting tips when I'm still trying to figure this whole thing out? If my kids grow up all messed up I take full responsibility.
Then there is other categories of course, let's go with fashion, even do I am a sucker for fashion and style, I spend most of my stay at home mom days in skinny black jeans, heavy knit sweaters, chucks and maybe once in a while red lipstick and trust me I am not complaining after seeing a 22 year old showing off her style I realized that I finally found what works for me and it's definitely not wearing Forever21. So now that we've established that, that means I'm not a fashion blogger either, So the question is what am I?
Well, if I figure it out I would let you know, for now I would keep working on trying to make my blog all fancy and I would keep writing whatever the hell,I feel like writing. Because seriously I may not be the perfect blogger, but I'm always myself.
